cpl-plugin-fors-calib software package provides ESO data reduction pipeline calibration data downloader for FORS2, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpl-plugin-fors-calib
cpl-plugin-fors-calib is installed in your system.
